Is this workshop only for all types of leaders?

The Brand IT Factor® framework applies universally and is offered globally. The workshops are designed to be delivered with your industry and specific market challenges in mind. Our case studies, cultural context, and networking opportunities are applied within your company's market landscape.

How is this different from other leadership programs?

Unlike generic "how to be a better leader" leadership training, we focus exclusively on integrating your authentic personal brand D.N.A. with organizational strategy. We bridge the gap between personal influence and institutional legacy, with a unique Caribbean perspective. This is why the workshops are hosted privately for each company so that your overall company vision and goals can be integrated into the sessions with your team.

What is the time commitment beyond the 2-day workshop?

The core workshop requires 2 consecutive days. The workshops can be hosted in-person or virtually. Participants will receive their Personal Brand D.N.A. report 4-7 days before the workshop. This will be accompanied with a 10 minute Guide video that they will need to watch before the event to prepare.

When will the workshops take place?

We will be running the Caribbean workshops from January to March 2025. You must pre-book your company session by November 30th, 2025 to ensure you receive one of only five (5) dates available in that period of time.
